Festuca actae, commonly known as Banks Peninsula fescue, is a native grass endemic South Island, New Zealand. Coastal to montane. On rocks, rock out crops, bluffs, talus and stabilized, sparsely vegetated slopes. An attractive blue grass tolerant of most conditions but dislikes humidity. Generally found growing on south facing slopes.
